its back up now it was just down for like 10 mins or so

The server probably spiked, which caused it not to load. I didn't mean the server was physically down.

And also your main site www.photonservers.info/ is hosted on the same server?

@shadeslader yes it is currently hosted on the same server, we are going to move it soon.

It wasnt the server that spiked, as i would get an instant email. But it is the DNS as i just moved that .info site yesterday to this server.

We are going to move our site to a new server soon.

Well.. I joined these guys today, for a PAID account.
Had to move my site to them since Lisvo decided to shut down.

Anyway, site has been pretty slow since this morning, and now it's COMPLETELY DOWN for the last 2 hours.
All my dns reroutes are also gone, so that means my 3 sites are down.
Nice.

Also, their client area photonservers.info is down so I can't even open a friggin ticket.

Dear sir, We our server was down for a period of 2 hours as this was caused because of one of the server that is connected on the same switch as us, was under a DDOS attach hence making our server to go down.

We have contact the DC and this is the info we have got, they have also promised us that this will not happen again.
