i am providing some free software installations for linux servers.i can install the following for you

• Torrent Clients like libtorrent,transmission,deluge with a native frontend
• Client Based software Like Jdownloader(suggested by justice90)
• Scripts Like Rapidleech and sBorg(for sBorg you need your own install ticket)
• Server management software like Virtualmin,webmin,cpanel
• FTP server
• Any other thing which has a got basic guidelines:P

Looks great, I recommend to add one more software installation, JDownloader with web interface, on linux.
It's not that hard though, if you learn it from JD forum.
