Because I'm a nice guy, I'm going to let a few people have some web space on my VPS! I can't give you a panel (I will be getting a cPanel/WHM dedi in a few months), but I can give you FTP, your own MySQL User/Database, phpMyAdmin & site hosting. The server runs LightTPD and has a very low server load (never hits 0.50). Warez linking allowed, hosting is not.

Not at all. I want to help people out that need fast hosting but can't yet pay. I'm only accepting a few people. When I do start my own host (very long time yet), I'll give the option for people to have a three/four months free on the paid hosting.
 
I'd say around 500 UIP. I don't really mind how much you get. I'd say 100 active users (currently online) average is the max I'd host.
