you need to go on ebay,and pay 5$ and you can have someone get u an unlock code. maybe for even 1$ i know thats how i did it

but if u call T-Mobile customer support center they ll do it for free.

If it's the problem that mobile says Insert sim or you want to UNLOCK the Locked Mobile.
Then it will be done by software Unlocking
Kindly Check your phone box if It allows GSM900/1800 (Which is allowed in Pakistan), then no problem in your phone you just simply have to flash.
& If it doesnt allows 900/1800, then please pm me i could help u
