I'm using Kloxo-MR and i'm very satisfied.
Used Zpanel too but it has no file manager (need to install extra module for it), while kloxo has tons of features.
No idea about vulnerabilities though.
We get this question a lot and have to honestly say if you don't like the free options you already found that there's really nothing comparable. We have tested virtually all of the free control panels and aside from security issues, most customers simply find them lacking in features and the user experience.
We found some were so difficult to work with that it is quicker to make your own scripted system than fight with the bizarre setup of some of the free ones. We don't find the paid options perfect, but at least you know there is full-time support and a team watching for security issues and user large communities of users and companies who are familiar in supporting them.
