Just telling you again,the Rank's are not as displayed on the web.

Actually on Low at 450-2000 MB you get 5 EUR,And so i dont know the other ranks because never been on another one except Low,the funny thing is that i was on Low 91% and today im on 68%,23% off.If you want to calculate how many they pay you for every download,you just need to do what you gained / your number of downloads.
