anyone can register a NIC ovh and hold server on it to manage. But billing must be in name/address of user from approved countries.

Do you have any ovh newsletter link that says, Israel user can order from OVH.fr or from any ovh site ?
 
well, the screen showed by you is correct and accurate. But it will be good for you, if you contact support and confirm. Because with my NIC handler also I can reach payment page to order server ( even I get email from ovh Vous avez bien créé le bon de commande) .

And I can finish payment If wanted. Since most of ovh deployment is auto/semi auto, we will get server details. The worst things may happen when we open support ticket for fixing server issues.

note : my NIC is also not from EU or FR or ovh allowed countries.
 
saw your PM. good to know that OVH staff said you don't need to pay VAT. Means ovh staff know that you are from Israel. So I think ovh accepted you and good to go.

best of luck for your business. I believe you will get many clients from here.
 
We aware of ther port limit for servers but we move the server to your NIC so you get 100mbps unlimited if you have 1 server if you have 2 servers its 50mbps every one unlimited and so on...

Well we all know that :
Once you place an order with OVH FRANCE, you need an OVH NIC which is accepted from OVH FR and without this the order process is IMPOSSIBLE.
Now, with an OVH NIC validated from OVH FR, you have to pay the VAT.
Does not mean that if you are from israel and outside EU and outside OVH FR domain, you can place the order with ovh without paying VAT.

Coz if that's possible, once can place an order from india, as both ISRAEL and India can not place the orders.

I hope you can confirm the same to all of us.
 
My nic is accepted i alredy send image of this in PM for 2 users here and in few sec will send you.
The NIC no need to be from FRANCE for the clients we have alredy some clients and they provide UK NIC's

So, you want to say that you are from Israel and your OVH NIC is validated on OVH France and you can order from OVH FR without paying VAT while still being from Israel.

Seems hard to believe coz if it was possible, it can be done from any country.

I will send that screenshot to OVH FR and let them answer to me for the same, coz it seems it's not possible.

And the thing said bout the other people giving you NIC, that is just for TECH ACCESS nothing else.

So everyone knows that one. we are talking about the NIC used to order from OVH which of course has to be PAY VAT since its from FR or else kind of impossible, will send your screenshot to OVH to confirm this from James (OVH Staff)
