We don't have API "Remote Upload" and we don't need it.

Due to the great increase in traffic coming from the Tier 3 and Tier 4 countries we have decided to up the Tier 3 and Tier 4 rate. We have also decreased the Tier 1 rate.

Next time it will pay off much faster. This time we had a small problem with webmoney (it didn't work sms code for our country)

Your payouts were declined 2 times before I bought that image hosting so I did what previous user did too and now you post on all my topics for that? Can you explain why after third declined payment you are writing and on first 2 you did not? Thank you
