I have no clue, it happened to me once as well. The activation never arrived, all you can do is make a new account.

its my another try mate in past a friend of mine send me a invitation and the never arrived
then i ask to my friend
then he give me invitation code
then i try to register with code
code worked well
but email for activation never arrived
