Forum Site idea

I want to create forum and i need idea.. Just want users. I don't want to get advertieses on my forum. I don't care about money. I care about population
And i know everything about vBulletin. I just need super mods and ideas.

Maybe that's true but as long as i can i don't want to take advertises on forum. Just idea needed.
