1. Remove the alexa button (slows down loading and will not increase your site rankings,better use alexa toolbar)
2.change the cursor to normal
3.imageshack images are taking long time to load, remove them from your homepage
4.remove the status icons or replace them with the description images
5. hide staff discussion from guests.
6.Hide your VIP section until it has some posts. VIP section with 0 posts doesnt suits your forum or atleast move it to the bottom

I think it should be "Hello guest" not "user"
secondly.. i think chatbox should be of less width and stats should be displayed adjacent to it...
that donation box doesn't looks much gud it should small bannerlike and should be added elsewhere...
also last post should be displayed in forum sections..
