Forum post leecher?

Hi there.Is there any software with which one can leech or grab forum posts(If URL of the post is specified,it should grab content+images) and then post to blog or wordpress site.Please help.

Maybe you can try this:

It grabs posts and saves as txt file. For posting you can use themaposter..
