Forum permissions...

... will not change, whatever i do..

I've been through every forum and edited them so Guests don't see the download section, but, no they can even though its not even ticked :/

Any ideas why it's being a complete twat and won't do what i want to do?

Ps. yes i do know what im doing, its just IPB being a spastic.

it was abit of a bastard to do, but all fixed :D
