I am really done with paying hosting bills, coz i dont know how to get revenue from a vbulletin forum, i was actually going to close down the forum but then i thought that someone from wj might be able to help me get a hosting and could partner up to make this forum be online, which in return could have the full rights to all the files of the forum. I am not new here, just havnt made much contribution but i been alot to wj, so i am gonna choose someone who is trustworthy here.

Position available : full forum owner partnership (including database)
Is it a paid position : being owner depends if u could workaround having some cash out of it
Why are you requesting staff : coz i cant handle the costs of running it alone
What i want is that someone who could provide hosting for the forum and be the full owner, means we both be the full owner.
Database size is almost 3 GB, files size somewhat 500 mb, and average monthly traffic right now is 5gb almost.
(And please let me know what are the risks involved in doing this thing, should i just make a backup of the forum and close the site or should i make a partner and share all forum files with him.)
