for webthosting customers please reply my question

i'm planing to got vps from webthosting.com

the question is did anyone made a refund? so i can test then make i refund if i didn't like it :D i'm afraid cause some companies don't make the refund

Some host dont refund if reason doesnt please them, so its like no reason is enough to get refund from some hosts i dont want to mention. Just wanted to say this...

Just search around and you will find a lot reasons to stay away from them... I still have their shared hosting package but not using it for anything. To much downtimes and shit for me

I accidentally forgot to cancel the subscription on PayPal with them when I closed my hosting package with them. They said it was my fault and did not want to refund it. It was like pulling teeth to get a few dollars back. I had to open a PayPal dispute because they refused....

I had an account with them, but was totally dissatisfied.

First, they told me that I won't get a refund because I didn't keep myself to the Terms (Their terms are different than what the sales persons said).

Although the Terms state that you can't get a refund if you lodge a complaint with Paypal, I did and reported this on Wjunction.

Then they refunded my money ... the whole US$7.95.

Regarding support I can vouch for Sandino. They have some problems today, but I am sure that will be solved soon.
