You probably want to tell them first what's it all about: would you like to buy their website, advertize on them, offer them affiliate program...etc

If one doesn't know what's it all about, he won't PM you.

Well not really.
I know this is a "with out infomations" topic. But I wanted it to be so.
As I'm posting this on Traffic Market, this topic is related to traffic buying.
