The buyer of this fiverr account will use funds for purchases using funds in it , he can not withdraw so he does not have negative point buying this account
 
yes thats a good question , i was used to be a seller in fiverr thats how i generated funds "cheap labour"
if i had reseller ability I would not had become cheap labour ,
I am only good in providing services i offer , so if you are regular buyer in fiverr or you are good in reselling than it is very beneficial for you ,
I am also ready to Buy gigs on behalf of buyers here [minimum 10gigs for $45 [save $5]

I already stated that i will verify each and every thing that i am geniun owner and will also provide verified payment id to buyer , i have earned that money selling services so i don,t want to spend it in things i am not interested , i am low budget person

We do not allow such sales here; just can't risk people getting scammed and them blaming WJ for something that is clearly their own fault.
