First Place - $28 CPC Keyword

Recently one of my side projects attained first place for it's keyword, one with a CPC of approximately $28.00 - within the insurance niche.

I am wondering what the next step would be, to monetizing this scenario most efficiently.

Yes. That is on the low end of the scale.. I went with it, because that particular domain carried some initial value.
Many more learning towards high $30s.

However, monetizing is the question. It sure isn't no 40M/Month 'car insurance'.
