Today, I have been told that i have Succeeded in my exams .
So I have finished 4th stage Medical school >>>> to 5th stage medical student.
But still undergraduate until after 2 years from now.

There is no specialization in the first 6 years, it is general medicine.
You can specializes after you finish those 6 years.
