Finding a dedicated host [Offshore]

Hello WJ,

I'm finding a dedicated host (offshore of course) which I'll use to host free downloadable Mp3 files (of which I don't own any copyright). The files will be from Asian Country (BD, IN etc). I already have a site running with free file hosting but as I'm getting a good traffic I'm wiling to buy a dedicated server. My specifications are below
500 or <500GB space
4GB memory
> or < than 2.4 CPU
100Mbps port
Unlimited b/w

I need the hosting completely ignore the copyright claim from the rightholders. Are there any solutions for this??
