as some of you already know we recently closed down filezy.net and I would like to take the chance and explain what happened and why we closed down.
in August 2013 there was a fallout between me and my partner. After the fallout I continued running filezy for 3 months without having access to the domain. I asked my partner a few times to transfer the domain over to me however it was ignored. So After 3 months of paying the server fees without having full control over the site I decided to leave filezy as I did not want to work on a site that I could loose control of at any moment.
