Filezilla problem- not able to download files from server

While trying to download files from my web server i am getting download option disabled check image:

how to make this download option working again.....?
plz help

well i see from the remote server your trying to download katzforums.in directory
if this is the case log in to your CP and download home directory

click on the c drive on the left window then try to download you can not download to no drives the way you have it sett

an easier thing would have just to drag the folder to where u wanted to put it.

The problem i was facing is that download option in image was coming as disable and when i clicked d drive from left side then it started working...thanks to jetli....

Just select some folder or just the desktop and then you can download cheers mate
