with this speed you lost many users and credibility . Solve this problem you can set speed too 200/300 kbs for more users and premium accounts because free users
will buy more premium accounts because they have greater confidence.It's a proposal if you want more respect at all users.THANKS

1.site opening very slow
2.remote upload very very slow rather not working at all
3.free user download speed very very very slow...nobody willing to download bcoz of awful DL speed
pls add more servers...already 6-7 days gone the same happening without any improvement in any of above
pls solve everything ASAP

Our download speed for free users is 100kbps, which is the same with most hosts! Infact most hosts are a lot worse than that. Try netload, depositfiles, rapidshare.. you'll be lucky to get 30kbps as a free user. Lumfile free user download speed is also 100Kb/s. So I wouldn't call this a "problem".
What you are saying doesn't even make sence, why would someone bother buying a premium account if they can download a file at 300kbps?
1. Site seems to be opening OK for us at the present time... ~ 4 secs (http://clipi.ca/Z9)
2. We have added new "PREMIUM ONLY" servers. So reputable uploaders that have a premium account with filevice will get priority uploads to these servers.
3. What is the download speed they are getting? Our download speed for free users is 100kbps, which is the same with most hosts! Infact most hosts are a lot worse than that. Try netload, depositfiles, rapidshare.. you'll be lucky to get 30kbps as a free user. Lumfile free user download speed is also 100Kb/s.
