Looks like it's a Filedino rip off site. The Remote Site Premiums does not put ******* for passwords, meaning they will probably know the premium accounts you put in for them.

If you believe you are safe hosting files in the USA I need the drugs you are using!

The fact that they had 60 servers in Virginia USA is why they were able to gather the information, documentation, and the initial seizures. It is also the reason they were indicted in a US court.

You need to go talk to a real good lawyer before you start telling people they are safe using your file hosting with US based servers. There is no way you can run it differently that will make it safe unless you do not allow infringing material of any sort.
