I have a payment with them that shows as paid,

but I still haven't received the payment...

nor the refund to my account,

I messaged their support team via Telegram and haven't received a reply yet.

My last message to them was on July 13, 2025,

and my payment request was made on June 14, 2025,

as you can see in the screenshots...
