Im sure someone on here will know whats happended:

FS took $9 from my PP account for no apparent reason, I do have PP subscription setup on the 14th of every mth and they took the money then so why take it again?

Also I have logged into FS today to find my next payment reads -$10

Anyone else have similar problems of know whats going on?

And yes of coarse i sent a support request to them, but after 24 hours still no response..

on 1month accs filehosts do this.
so be careful when buying.
if u hv the subscription set then it renews automatically
 
Yes but i dont understand how they can just request money from my PP account with out my say so, Fair enough on the 14th as i set up the subscription and they did request it and it was paid, but how can they then do it again on the 27th ?

I dont really want to start charge backs etc as that then leads to more issues, and as for this -$10 showing on my account i really have no idea how that can happen

You had previously pre-approved the payments, basically, you enrolled in a subscription without noticing, so yeah, it sends automatic payments to filesonic. Its a function of paypal.

I didnt even know that was possible ( im only into my 3rd mth) i can see the trade bit now

I know i signed up to a subscription on the 14th of each mth, which they have taken for the last 2 mths, but now for some odd reason they have taken another $9 and made my FS balance -$10 i just dont understand it.

Also still no reply to support request after 36 hours

I guess its time to move, and dust off the rapidleech software to transfer
