size limit isnt a matter to worry. I think it is perfect ryt now. User always looks for availibility of file & download speed. Filesonic is good in these both. All the uploaders are turning to fso for its user efficiency, good management, continuous care. File size limit is also a reason for uploaders to go for filesonic. A file host needs dedicated uploaders & users need good download speed and all the files available with that host. Uploaders & downloaders both are happy with Fso.
Any downloader has regreted for buying fso premium, I havnt seen it yet. Fso is good with file size limit.
Its not a problem for heavy downloaders to buy premium but those who only download a few files a month, don't want to buy premium and that is where its become a problem since everyone is posting single 400mb+ links these days and free users cant download them.

- you can improve your service that premium users can upload upto 15 GB File =D

download speed is just great...but remote is very problematic for me

Why do you like FileSonic?
Because Filesonic has great user interface, user friendly file manager with very few bugs. Excellent ftp upload speeds. Remote upload works great unlike most other hosts. Good speeds for free users are an added bonus.
Another good thing about Filesonic is regular promos which keeps us uploaders interested all the time.
What can we do to improve our services?
Suggestions etc maybe considered and we may take 24 - 48+ hours to reply to each suggestion.
1) Increase the free user download limit to atleast 1gb. Free users gets really pissed off when they try to download a 400mb+ file and can't. Not everyone is in a position to buy premium and not everyone will buy premiums to get only a few files. So these potential customers are basically going to other hosts instead which is causing Filesonic to lose popularity.
2) Display atleast 500 files per page instead of the current 100 files per page.
3) Filesonic needs a security lock like all other major hosts to prevent cases of hacked accounts.

I chose filesonic because of the good earning opportunities. I am quite impressed with the bug free & user friendly file manager which not many file hosts have been able to accomplish. Lastly, the good support Filesonic provides always reassures me that if there's a problem, there's someone to take note and solve it.

Of course I will. I am still a very new user to Filesonic. I already referred a hell of a lot of users to Hotfile and some to Fileserve. I am gonna start referring users to Filesonic as well as its proving to be quite a reliable host with great support.
