There's more than enough information given in this thread alone about the promotion than the whole filesonic website.
 
^ You're on a RDP. That means you're not the only one using that IP to access Filesonic. If someone else on that RDP puts the wrong password in Zoom or Filezilla and try to upload, it's gonna be failed logins and they may fail many times very quickly. If that happens, expect the IP to be banned.

Exactly this. Because there are so many people using RDP, the moment they screw up on their login multiple times very quickly the system automatically bans the IP, thinking it's a hacker.
 
I have premium account, I upload files from RDP with ip: 11.11.11.11, and I get links download from my PC with IP 22.22.22.22, sometimes I need download something, and I will download from my RDP: 11.11.11.11
so what is happened with my account? Banned or not?

Today my sales sucked. That is not my disappointed. Main thing is 1 of my previous sales have been refund.

After four days my sale refund. How it can be possible??? :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

some of my sales refunded even after 3 months... :facepalm:

so it might happen.. who buy premium from their paypal account , they are able to dispute within 45 days.. and in case of credit card, it depends of the card provider .. 8-) (it could be happen after 90 days too )
