Do you upload via web interface? what speeds do you get? and from where?

I have no idea what's normal speed for you, I used to upload with 30MB/s per file.
Now I get 200KB/s
 
How does it work IP count access?
It's like RS that is allowed only 5 IP per DAY, or sometimes filesonic check accounts and ban who has a lot of IP access? For example 15 or 30..

I receive this error:

I have try reset my password
but same problem



Solution, though ACCOUNT AND I NEED MY FILES HAVE SECURITY THAT THERE 2 DAYS AGO I CAN NOT ANSWER PLEASE USE

Nice Info.
But i believe that person only copy paste from other sources.
The main objection is ask peoples to click on google-ads, many blogs that offers hacked premium account / cookie. But what they did is annoying and no good for the real premium account holder.

Filesonic must be already do something for protecting their valuable members.
 
Yes it has been confirmed from this that my account has also got hacked by the above site. :( Fuck that bastard. I think someone needs to hack his damn site and delete his entire database !

I have reported that site to Filesonic team.

Your account must be blocked by FRAUD department...or may be not..contact HISH
 
@DEIS: Dude your account must have been hacked and compramised. Hence FSC banned it. Check my reply above. I have the same issue like you. My account got hacked by that stupid site.

I hope you guys here don't mind if i wrote this suggestions ( again )...
Small things to do that can increase our account safety...

1. Fill in your own security question on
http://www.filesonic.com/user/settings
2. Change your password periodically.
3. Make sure you log-out everytime you finished.
4. Everytime you finished using PC ( Or at least once a day ), clear your browser recent history.
5. If you have problems with Filesonic and need them to check it, just post your referral number here, not your user id.

@happyface4ever: I had set the secret Q so he couldn't change my password. But so many people got the details and the account got abused so FSC banned it. :( I only hope the FSC team is understanding and gives me back my account.
