Why no one is care to answer this Question.. If there is no use with the credits, then what's the fun in earn them??

I am highly disappointed no one from Filesonic support is ready to answer..

Login error

Hello filesonic why i cannot log in to my account? I request new password and while login it gives me an error, now it has one 1 week trying to login and already sended 20 filesonic message for support and had no answers

Why is that? I'm taking a print of the error, and requested the password because i cannot login :(

But you wouldn't listen - you always spread pessimism on this thread - look at your last 4-5 posts again.

You have always only cared about yourself and your sales , you have never ever cared even a single bit about filesonic ! You always fake it and try to earn sympathies from fellow affiliates and support staff based upon lies.

Support team and many good affiliates has totally ignored to you all this time because of your these lies and continuous whining.

If you say now that you dont have any problems anymore - You will have to earn that trust and you can earn it by NOT posting on this official thread.

Please make a thread in File host discussion if you have to , to discuss your experience but clearly your posts don't belong here.

Please stop posting here for a while and as I suggested please take a break for a while, re-think and re-gain Support team trust.

If I were you - I would log out and come back in few days.

You sent me 3 PMs and now you are sending a message on the thread to change you from Elite to normal PPS... So that you get paid... Payout is on Tuesday... So your matter is not urgent now! Please respect priorities... Im sure other affiliates who have real issues are now angry because I spent a minute writing this post because of you...

Also, you said that you will request another Elite code from me later... But you can not do that.. Once you move away from Elite, you cant go back

my bad.but support ticket which i had raised about 3 days ago is still unanswered.they sent a normal faq.i replied to them again,but still dint get the job done.

That is weird. Did you try downloading it through web browser?
