Reverse, in order to see if you really stupid or clever, please answer these questions:

1) Why was Filsonic's advertising aimed at warez uploaders and were ads seen all over forums (incl. WJ) with 99.99% of their members uploading and posting warez?
2) Why did most file hosts have the option in copying your files in case the original was deleted because of DMCA?
3) As DMCA is addressed at the person or company hosting the file, why should the uploader be happy that FS didn't report him?
4) Why has FS now suddenly a home page with a 'legal success story'? And how can one make US$300 per week from FS files with a mere 2,000 visitors per month?
