Hello masalalover2010

Its clearly mentioned in their TOS that repeated infringer's account will be closed without warning.

Blame them only if you didn't do it or you own the right of the content.

By 'repeated' - it meant you were getting continuous getting deletions notices and yet you were uploading same content.

I don't see a reason why you should be paid as you didn't learn the lessons or you simply ignored them.


And please don't say that you didn't re-upload!

File sonic delete like 200 of my files and re uploaded them but I didn't receive the DMC warning email
Am I in danger? I didn't know uploading deleted files is that dangerous :/

Thank you Reverse :) He WAS warned a few times before the account was deleted and within hours, posted the same content!!

But you didn't delete the copies !

We can show the proof and we don't have to prove ourselves to anyone.

All content being uploaded to Filesonic should be legal and you must own copyrights of that.

All infringed files are deleted ASAP , if a DMCA request is received and e-mail has been sent so that the person who uploads can raise the dispute if he owns the rights of the file.

You clearly misused filesonic services , if you have read stories on this page -

You would know how one can earn legally!

Rather than learning the mistake you are blaming us now ? and posting screen shots of PMs and emails ? Making threads on it ? and Giving an idiotic reason that you have a family and a kid so you should be paid ?

You are really lucky that only your account got locked , if i were on Filesonic staff i would have given your account details to DMCA as well , for what you have done in past 2 hours !


You made a mistake and kept on making it - accept it!

If you wish to stay with us - Make sure you use our services legally !

I thought you didnt work for FSC?

Please stop writing as if you work for FSC.
It is getting boring.

Let FSC-staff / support sort out things like this.

Or at least .. do not write as if you were FSC staff.

What i wrote there is based upon my chat with staff !

I have 'the right' to comment when a user of FSC claims to be able to prove something only FSC staff can prove.

You can not prove anything - you do not have access to FSC accounts.
Stop claiming YOU can prove ANYTHING.

You are not FSC staff, get lost with those answers only FSC staff can answer / give.
