NB : Just checked file manager..1 file that i just finished upload using ftp is there...but previous 4 files that uploaded about 2 hours ago still stuck somewhere....

Because of the issues appears to ftp the files are opened by users of other hosts. now the problem has reached serious proportions, so I completed the day for 3 days with 0 wins. a time when the first shares acquired. Keep in a solution to this now.
