Dear Hish, if I open a ticket, and in all fairness you do respond, and start telling you my stats are not good, and you say we will look in to it, after 12-24h tell me that everything is ok although my stats are still not good, it's not quite fixing my problem don't you think? So next time, please do not tell me to open a ticket if you plan to give me the standard answer: Filesonic is the most honest filehost that never has problems!
