I can't login and it says

How can I get over this

I try to submit an ticket but it says

You are already registered in the help desk. Please login to submit your request.
Then I click login it says

Reason code: 9999
Weird

Is there anyway to send you my IP Hish???

Hi Hish ,

I uploaded almost 20 files with webupload,
but my files aren't in "my files folder ...
It's a delay and files appear after a time ? or webupload doesn't work ?

Filesonic started to ignore stats problems on PPD, just like Wu did ... last 2 days stats on PPD are down with 40%(even if i have the same tarffic on my website and i publish new links every day), but all we get is ignorance ...
