My filesonic account got blocked. Hish told me it was compromised (#176029) . He asked me to make another account and he would transfer all my details there. I wasn't able to update the old ticket hence i had to make a new ticket for that (#178129). I have considerable amount of outstanding funds and files in the old account. Will those be transferred too along with the premium details.

Second, Are my earnings being credited in the mean while ?

Could you please look into the issue and get it resolved asap.

December 3 Payment Processing Issue

Dear Partners,

Some of you will have noticed strange sales activity on December 3 including a higher-than-normal amount of sales and refunds. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our credit card processor which lead to incorrect sales numbers being reported.

You will already have noticed a number of refunds, and there will be more to come as soon as the processor finishes updating them. They will be marked "Payment Processor Bug (See Sales Records)". Once the numbers have been corrected, you will notice the true amount of sales made.
Note: This issue also affected bonus earnings reporting, which is why some sales did not report bonus earnings.
