Some of the servers are slow with web upload again (50kb/s) , it worked flawlessly for 2 weeks almost, now issues are back.

I was deleted from 3-5 GB per day days ago. but why were more 2 Tb (about more 7000 files) disappeared in my account with the short time (from 1st to August 3rd)?

That's because you were on a free account until yesterday, so whatever inactive files were deleted. At this point I guess it was 3-5gb of inactive files that were in your account.
