I think so, most of their servers are in Hong Kong and Russia. The quake affected internet speeds across Asia.

after a week or so everything is back to normal (and site looks STABLE) + above speed.

ftp UL (files appear), RU (normal) and site browsing is faster now.

Was waiting 10 days to see/test what happends and is much better now compared to 10 days ago

yes its true , remote uploading speed has tremendously improved , and so is FTP uploading
all in all things are more or less very good
just this .com to .in and .pk stuff may be interfering with the link checker as despite your kind gesture of providing me with the 1.0.4 version of the plugin , the situation is still the same
