hello every body

How you do remote upload in Filesonic plz it's Urgent because i have a lot of links in megaupload and hotfile and fileserve and mediafire and i want to do remote upload to Filesonic in my account . How you do it ????

@Hish, i try to login my account but i got this error "502 Bad gateway" and can't access to account, have you fix something? or i do something wrong mate?

Hish, it become really annoying to ask the same question over and over, last 2 months, and to be left without an answer...

Page 367, please read my reply to your message, and, if possible, give me an answer..

Thank you.

Hi hish, my server is 1Gbit server, located in Washington DC, 100TB, uploading speed was always like that, I am screaming 2 months back about this, but now I took time to write something constructive...

I don't upload from home, ofc, I have my dedicated uploading server, not shared.
I am getting blast speeds with others that I don't want to name here, but I would really preffer if you could do something about this...

And if you can finally offer API for developing upload applications, that would be great also

Hello cvrle77

I read what you wrote on page 367. Your first question is not clear thats why hish might not have replied there.

What you meant by - "uploading speed was always like that" , are you complaining or praising ?

Regarding API for uploaders , its still in the pipeline and will take time to implement.

Regards

Ohh i just saw your scrrenshot in the above post , so you were indeed complaining but if my understanding is correct its the ISP node problem and NOT any filesonic's issue.

Hi

I RU from rapidshare , for your host credentials

You can easily add your usernames and passwords for your favourite file hosting sites by going to your settings page. This way there will be no need to enter user: pass@ in every link!

Usually it takes around 8-10 minutes to RU 50-60 GB from RS.

Cvrle77 is right, we both have a server located in WDC on Softlayer's network (which is one of the best networks on the world) and getting really crappy speeds during peak hours, and that's because IPTransit and not Filesonic, but you, as customer of Webazilla could forward that to them!

199.80.55.206 via FTP (Speed right now is ~290Kb/s, after peak hours it's up to 300Mbps)

I'd rather not mention tracerouting to EU servers from WDC. It's unbelievable that it goes from WDC to Ash and then back to Dallas (IPtransit core) and directly to Amsterdam (IPtransit)...
Code:
traceroute to 78.140.171.5 (78.140.171.5), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets

I sent them mail, but they just simply ignoring it. Softlayer told me that they will not reroute the traffic because of this, so it's up to you guys. And I believe that people in Dallas getting much better speeds to EU than we on the east coast.

@ reverse: This was my original question:

Hish,

Can anything be done about uploading speeds in USA?
I am uploading with z-o-o-m's application, sometime speed is 1.4MB/s , sometime it's 450KB/s but sometime is 50KB/s depending where your switch server transfers me, on which uploading server.
It is annoying, when I upload 10 files for example, no matter if 9 files have 1.4MB/s , if one have 60KB/s , I have to wait for that last one, If I am not near PC to restart it. And that is incredible slowdown....like I am wasting money on 1Gbit server...
I am uploading less and less on FSC because of this, slowing down means less earnings...
Hope you will look into this problem.

I've never, not even once, using z-o-o-m's app, which uses web interface, got speeds over 1.5MB/s which is like 12mbits, no idea where did you found 300mbits, which is equal to 35-36MB/s

Same thing when I use website for uploading. So, it's nothing to do with their app.

And I don't use FTP, because I can't have link back that way

Also, I had server in NL, just for a short amount of time I had those awesome speeds, and they were cutted off...

Am sorry to have to say that I have had nothing but trouble with Filesonic since they moved from sharingmatrix. Customer services are second to nothing and by that I mean they are next to nothing. I have reported download speed issues and Download Manager connectivity issues and I get the same answers everytime which, are cut and paste from a standard answer form. I have even emailed asking if they could please send me some sort of reply that was not a standard answer and tried to get some interaction with them but, nothing!

My problems were and still are, download speeds are poor, only achieving 30 to 40KBps and cannot get Download manager to download files.
The standard answer is my downlaod manager requires updating and I need to clear down my internet cookies and cache. I have had that reply at least 8 times now.
I am sorry to say once my subscription expires I wont be renewing and I wont be recommending anyone to use Filesonic either.

I don't use web upload via RL because it's 50%-50% to get EU servers, so I'm avoiding that. Instead of that I'm using gftp (multithreaded ftp) which use a lot connection and because of that I am getting 35MB/s each morning, but during last days the FTP isn't so stable as it was, it doesn't matter how fast you upload to their servers but how long I have to wait for my file to appear in file manager. I think that Softlayer has nothing to do with that, but IPtransit! Their core servers seems to be overloaded and that's it why we don't get blazing speeds.

Traceroute from Dallas, 1Gbps, Softlayer.

hello cvrle77

Yes , now i understand your problem.
It happens to me too but occasionally, and the thing is i remote upload from rapidshare.

I saw my rs account logs and found out my account is being accessed from NL and USA at the time time , this means some of my files in the whole batch are routed from different servers located at different locations at the same time.

Thats why some of my files gets uploaded gets fast but other takes time.

Now that i have understand the issue, i will explain hish on your behalf.

Regards

I also can't upload nothing today!!!

I get this error:
504 Gateway Time-out

The server didn't respond in time.

What is wrong???

Hello guys , site was under maintenance for few minutes , Its working fine now.

Kindly recheck.

Regards

EDIT

It seems some of the servers are being overloaded and are getting unstable. It will be resolved soon.

May i know which country you belong to ?

because , my friends in UK , USA , Australia and Belgium gets upto 30 mb/s speeds.

Ok, just found out. If you upload via FTP and get '74.117.177.196' as server, your files will be pending for hours and hours.

Please check what's going on there....
