What's going on?
I am Premium User, logged in and when I try to download a file it requires me to wait like I am free user although I am Premium and on the right top corner I can see my login.

Hish, same here. I get this with any file. It tells me I can upgrade account but I have over 200 days left :facepalm:
And looks like everyone is facing this problem.
