FileServe payout problem?

Hello,
Last monday I requested a payout from FileServe but they didnot completed yet. I know I am not the only one out there whos payment is still not completed.
Maybe there are problems with the payment?! :O

you should request payment before the end of every SUNDAY as far as i know

@blok0672 I requesten on last Monday. That's way before Sunday. I dont even have a clue why wasnt paid yet.. :blink:

wait at latest on Wednesday, they will pay you or else contact their official's representative here.

Request on Sunday, money will be transfered on Tuesday to the payout account, request payment also on Tuesday, get paid on Wednesday.

Request on Monday wait 8 days before it gets transfered.

Your screenshot says transfered to earnings account, NOT PAID. How thick can someone be?

Fileserve payments are a two step process. First step is to transfer the money to your earnings account. Second step is to ask for the payout. If you had spent 5 minutes reading the official fileserve support topic you wouldn't have created this topic.
