and now they cheat with download counting and earning

in my account earning shows $2.1214.

how is this possible there minimum rate is 2$ for 1000 downloads. that means 0.002$ for 1 download than how they show my earning 1214 cents i mean 4 digit it should be in 3 digit like 0.213$.

yup..... earning table rates are not correct...
