Please remember that the revenue depends on file size also, you can find stats about file sizes in your statistics also.

A free user can download 100MB/per hour.

Please check this image again, compare two day 17.08 and 18.08.
Same filesize in same column. You can see in group B, I got 160 download from 501-1024 MB = 3.2$ at 18.08 . but why total of that day only 3.01$?
 
I picked up today premium account .... but it is incredibly slow upload
(Regular Upload, Advanced Upload, Remote Upload, FTP Upload) all variants!

Can this be improved ?

I respect your decision and please you respect mine: I won't use your services any longer. I've waited for you to solve your RUs troubles (that sometimes still remain) and I've seen you improve chance for free users to download up to 1GB. but I think 100MB per hour is too few, so... good luck.
 
During this night i´m not having time watings for download at 200KB/s constantly from EU, probably FilePost take a decision? JD now works smoothly

Do test and comment :)
 
I´m downloading as unregistered, in fact i have downloaded 500mb during the last 40 mins, now for verify if the 100mb/hour is disabled, i´m going to do another test:

It seems that you upload files from EU - and since our servers are in the USA, the route from EU to USA is not optimal what makes upload not fast. You can either wait for new servers in EU or contact our support team via the site if you would not like to use the service anymore.

Go to My account -> Payment tab and request a payout there.
 
Ok 100Mb/hour rule is off, i just download 900Mb in around 70 mins at 200KB/s, and after finish it i started without any waiting time another 1GB file, so there´s no DL limit for freebies, nice for PPD plans :)
