No, it's not only for that site.

You still can easily find lot new fresh FP post links in some forums. And i have PM one of poster that using FP links asked about affiliate program, he said you need to email them and provided sample of thread or where you post, and need provided some stats from other host that you have working so they can see if you have good sales or not. But still no guarantee they will activated your affiliate program. He need to wait 1 month and email them 3 times before his affiliate activated by them.

i have aff account with them didnt worked last 2 year and they didnt ban me

they are very good

they shave a little bit on sales :P

they are banned from here because they have 20gb limit and they didnt mention that on ther site
