For now I can confirm what spirata said. Fileparadox admin said clearly that they ban ONLY for DMCA complaints of porn files but not for other DMCA complaints (yes, I already received DMCA complaints for my files but no problem with my filepardox account)

We only ban users that upload pornographic content. After banning them - we delete their files also (many don't do that..fileserve didn't do it so they can earn more money even from banned accounts' files). We are not the same and we are against uploading of pornographic content on our servers as our gateways specifically demand that.

And nuker44 - YOU MUST BE HIGH! You have been a member since 25th February and till today you have earned only $9.54250 (in almost 1 month - if you were earning $2 per day..you show have had about $50-60.but you didn't) - that too by uploading pornographic content. Does no one (folks like you) have the guts to say the trust nowadays??
We are STRICTLY against pornographic content.

We are not here to scam anyone - not in my blood. If we were here to scam - we would not have posted our corporate address + contact phone number in "about us" (no one does that too nowadays).

day by day my earnings grew larger. Just from my download did not earn (no one bought premium) and therefore removed telling me that I throw pornographic content. This begs the question of what normal hosting (of the best) does not support any katergorii files. Funny is that the day I put about 20GB of files are immediately wyskakiwało that there is no space on your servers and you have to wait until the will. : D have not been to any DMCA files so earned ~ $ 10, or should I send as much as you wish to buy yourself for chips and cole :)

PS: For professional web hosting you are missing a lot and that your SSL certificate does not certainty.

First you say something...now you say something else when proven wrong. Why should any believe your lies from the start? Doesn't matter if any of your files have been to DMCA or not (may have) - you Uploaded Pornographic content and that is Strictly against our TOS.
Do you think you are an exception who did not get banned? Kindly use logic.... why would we ban a user who has earned only $10? Won't it be good if we banned a user who earned about $60?

In any case...pornographic content is not tolerated on our website.

We are lagging behind in payments by 1 month or more due to TOS change by our main Advertiser that covered 60-70% of our server cost. They used to pay us every 30 days but now that duration has been increased to 60 days...so the delay in cash flow.


We have sent about $1050 to webmoney via bank wire transfer on 20th and this was the reply from the bank account that collects Webmoney's money from yesterday:

As you can see - we have sent the payment but are awaiting confirmation from them and after that they will credit our account which will allow us to start paying the affiliates.
Kindly bear with us and do not worry - you will receive your money (somewhat late) if you have not earned it by sharing pornographic content.

i'm new for your host, just start working around 1wks. Everything look best, your stat count is better than other host.

But i'd like to know about your payment?? Is there still be problem with Webmoney??
How about Payza?? is there any problem with them??

Please kindly advise as well.
