I have premium account in fileparadox. Starting 3 days ago whenever I login it says "Your IP was banned by administrator">. I haven't received any notifications on why this was done. Base on the comments in here, it says you only banned users if they are uploads porn videos w/c I did not do. Can you pls comment on this? I sent you a PM and to fileparadox support two times. No response so far. This is just very frustrating for me to be banned without even a courtesy notification to your user.

I'm not very techy so I'm not sure what it means if my account is showing downloads from multiple server/static IP. I use two computers to download and recently I change my DNS server to OpenDNS. Maybe that's why? What should I do?thank you.
