For Anonymous users, it is 50-70 Kbps. For registered users, it is 100 Kbps.
Payout Schedule:
Request payout between the 31st - 15th: We will pay by the 30th.
Request payout between the 16th - 30th: We will pay by the 15th of the next month.

I thought use your site for upload because here : FileParadox - Easy & Fast Storage
"Anonymous users can download at 150 Ko/s speed.

But if download is just 50ko/s for free user it's not for me. If I use your host file and my client downloads at that speed, they will complain and it's not good for my business. Sorry.

That news was posted on May 02, 2013. We have changed it since then.
Free users will get that speed as we have to maintain top uploading speeds for all uploaders + Fast downloading speeds for Premium users as they are paying for it.

It's good that you don't allow porn. Also, don't you think it'd be better to have a 100% of PPD program instead of mix program. Welcome by the way

We did have 100% PPD plan but we do not earn much with ads and it was hard to cover up the costs of affiliates.
We already are late in affiliate payments for the feb/march money due to TOS change of our main advertiser (instead of 30 days...they will give the money after 60 days). This cash flow problem is expected to be solved by April end.
We all know what rapidgator is used for
Uploaded can afford that because they have given their takedown tools to the companies so all the files get removed asap + they only allow 1 file download at low speed. They have reached that level where they can afford it and implement these restrictions but we are only starting and would love to keep providing great experience to our users without much hindrance.
We may be another XFS site but if you check out the website, you will see that we have customized it a lot:
1) Folder tree structure
2) free download file size limit option provided to the users
3) "Premium only" tick box - will make all your files downloadable only by a Premium account holder (will help you earn more)
4) Folder sharing that many XFS sites do not have.
5) The entire website's interface is user friendly.
