It seems you upgraded the wrong account or at least that something went wrong.
Strange you need to "verify" anything on our account, I mean, we're PPS, we're 'making money' only if you do. What's the point of checking on us every month? All other hosts give us 1 year free premium each year because it doesn't cost them a cent and it's easier for everyone.

1. A user registers a free account. Then he later upgrades (on the same day) by clicking the 'PREMIUM' tab. How is this counted?
2. A user registers a free account. He upgrades A WEEK later through the 'PREMIUM' tab. How is this counted?

Why when i try to download a file from fileom at first i see link to some virus (EZdownload, my antivirus warning me about detecting malware)
This is misleading users, reduces webmasters profit (since first downloaded the file itself and not the program). And spoil the reputation of thsi sharing services

when ever he buy or renew using premium page then you get sale or rebill.
If he uses other guys file link to get premium then he gets sale.
When ever he uses payment page you get sale.
