Fine thanks for this question. So even though you had referred him and you can't make him to get premium you wont be benefitted if he buys premium on others link.
The person who bring sale over his link will be credited with sale profit.
And for rebill , as you had introduced to him site and he started to like the site more , so you will get his rebills.
