If you are premium user then you can upload up to 50gb.


And there is no limit to upload.

That setting is to limit the user to download free or premium to download depends on the file size. And the publish folder is to show the files I folder .

If you are in PPS then all sale made through your file or your link will bring you profit. Setting wont affect it. Even 1kb file bring sale then you get profit.
